Email billing@bobray.io from the address on your account, or use our contact form and choose "Billing". Tell us which plan or item you'd like refunded. A real person handles every request — there's no form maze.
For monthly plans, the first payment is fully refundable within 30 days. For annual plans, you may request a full refund within 30 days of payment, or a prorated refund of the unused portion after that, at our discretion. After a refund, access to paid features ends and your data is retained for 30 days so you can export it.
One-time digital goods (such as the Dashboard Template Pack and Client Report Bundle) are refundable within 14 days of purchase, provided the issue is not simply a change of mind after the files have been substantially used. If a download is faulty or not as described, we will always make it right.
Service add-ons such as Guided Onboarding are refundable in full if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Once a session has been delivered, it is non-refundable, though we'll gladly work with you if something went wrong.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider. We refund the amount you paid; any third-party transaction fees are not within our control.
