GA follows people with cookies and identifiers and prices that in consent banners, compliance reviews, and sampled reports. BobRay measures pages, not people: no cookies, no personal data, unsampled numbers on one screen, and nothing for a banner to ask permission for.
Not for the analytics. Nothing is stored on or read from a visitor's device, so the ePrivacy/PECR rules that require banners aren't triggered. If other tools on your site set cookies, those still need their own consent.
Within a day, very, an anonymous day-scoped token groups a visitor's pageviews reliably. Across days we deliberately forget everyone, so weekly uniques run slightly conservative. Trends, sources, and conversion rates are unaffected; the mechanism is documented openly in our help center.
Yes, route changes are detected automatically via the History API, with a one-line manual mode and hash-router support for edge cases. React, Vue, Next.js, SvelteKit, and headless Shopify are all first-class.
