1. Our commitment

BobRay is committed to operating a legitimate, transparent business and to preventing fraud, money laundering, and abuse of our payment processes. This policy explains the safeguards we apply to every purchase.

2. How we sell

We sell a single, clearly described software product, privacy-first website analytics, along with a few related digital add-ons and services. Pricing is published openly on our pricing page. We do not sell regulated, high-risk, or restricted goods of any kind.

3. Order review

Every purchase is initiated through our team rather than an automated checkout. A real person reviews each order before a payment link is issued, which lets us confirm the customer, the business need, and the billing details. This human step is a deliberate fraud-prevention measure.

4. Prohibited transactions

We will decline or reverse any transaction that appears to involve stolen payment credentials, identity misuse, sanctioned parties, or an attempt to use BobRay for unlawful purposes. We reserve the right to request verification before activating an account.

5. Chargebacks and disputes

If you don't recognize a charge or have a billing concern, please contact billing@bobray.com before opening a dispute, we resolve almost every issue quickly and offer a clear refund policy. We treat genuine disputes fairly and investigate suspected fraudulent chargebacks.

6. Cooperation with processors and authorities

We work closely with our payment processors and, where legally required, with authorities, to investigate and prevent fraud and money laundering. We retain transaction records as required by law.

7. Reporting fraud

Suspect fraudulent activity involving BobRay? Email security@bobray.com. We take every report seriously.
