These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of BobRay's website analytics service. By creating an account, starting a trial, or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you are using BobRay on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization.
BobRay provides privacy-first website analytics, including dashboards, goal and event tracking, reporting, and an API, according to the plan you select. We may improve, modify, or add features over time. We will give reasonable notice of any material change that reduces core functionality.
You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Free trials last 14 days and require no payment. A trial does not automatically convert to a paid plan — you become a paying customer only when you complete payment via the secure link our team provides.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are shown on our pricing page and confirmed before you pay. Payment is collected through our third-party payment processors; by paying you also agree to their terms. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which we add where required. Plan changes take effect on a prorated basis. Failure to pay may result in suspension of the service after notice.
You agree to use BobRay only for lawful purposes and only on websites you own or are authorized to manage. You may not use the service to process special-category personal data, to circumvent our privacy design, or in any way that violates law or third-party rights. BobRay and its software, branding, and content are owned by us and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription. Your data remains yours; you grant us only the rights needed to operate the service for you.
You may cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us; your plan remains active until the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. On termination you may export your data for 30 days, after which it is deleted.
We provide the service with reasonable skill and care and aim for high availability, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the extent permitted by law, BobRay's total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits or data, except where such limitation is not permitted by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and disputes are subject to the courts of Amsterdam, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
