How account creation works

BobRay does not have a self-serve signup form with a card field, and that is deliberate. You request a trial from the pricing page, our team creates the account, and you receive your login plus your unique site ID by email, usually within a couple of business hours and always within one business day.

Because a human reviews every request, we catch typos in domains, advise on the right plan for your traffic, and keep fraudulent signups off the platform entirely.

What to include in your request

• Your name and work email, this becomes the account owner login.
• The website domain you want to track first, you can add more later on Growth and Scale.
• The plan you want to trial. The trial unlocks every feature regardless, so pick the one you expect to buy.

Your first login

Your welcome email contains a one-time link to set your password. Passwords must be at least 12 characters; we recommend a password manager. Two-factor authentication can be enabled from Settings → Security on your first visit.
