Payment methods we accept
Every order is confirmed by a real person who sends you a secure payment link. That link supports cards, PayPal, and, for yearly and Enterprise plans, plain bank transfer.
- Key takeaways
- Every order gets a human check, then a secure single-use payment link.
- Cards and PayPal work on all plans; bank/SEPA on yearly and Enterprise.
- Card data never touches bobray.com, payment happens on the processor's page.
The flow
- You request a plan (from checkout, email, or the contact form).
- Our billing team verifies the request and replies with a secure, single-use payment link.
- You pick your method on that page: major credit/debit cards or PayPal for any plan, SEPA/bank transfer for yearly totals and Enterprise invoices.
Why a payment link instead of an on-site form
BobRay's website never touches card data, payment happens on the processor's PCI-compliant page. That keeps your card details out of our systems entirely and is part of our anti-fraud policy: a human sanity-checks every order before money moves.
Receipts and currencies
Prices are in USD; your bank or PayPal handles conversion. A receipt is emailed automatically after every successful charge, and formal invoices are covered in Invoices and receipts.
Common pitfalls
The mistakes we see most often on this topic, so you can skip them entirely.
- Waiting for an instant on-site charge, the link arrives by email after review.
- Paying a yearly invoice by card twice because the transfer 'felt slow'; transfers post in 1–2 days.
- Expecting local-currency pricing; charges are USD and your bank converts.
